Since 2005 I have gained experience in commercial, management and board functions within staffing and secondment organisations as well as related educational and government institutions. Since 2012 I am also active as entrepreneur, trainer and achievement coach which means that I get organisations to move in order to achieve their goals and ambitions.

I like to challenge organisations and professionals to become more effective and to increase their return. Having a healthy top sports mentality will help them to turn ambitious plans into results.
